All breads and buns you purchase at The Crusty Bun have been made the traditional way. We guarantee a 24 hour dough rest time for all our breads and buns which gives our products a unique taste. This production method is called "slow baking". Because of the production method no additives are needed and the bread keeps fresh for a long time if stored right. The Crusty Bun only sells natural bread and buns that taste great and are ideal for a balanced and healthy nutrition. For all pastries and cakes only natural ingredients and no artificial food colours are being used.
