The owners, Andi and Frieda, were born and educated in Germany and have lived and worked in Switzerland, Great Britain, and Japan as well as in their home country. Andi, a master baker with 37 years of professional experience, started his career working as an apprentice and later as a journeyman in Germany and Switzerland. In January 1995 Andi completed his training as a master baker and received his Master Craftsman's Diploma. His wife Frieda has 27 years of professional experience in the field of administration and management.
