May is here and we have a couple of new creations for you: Lemon-Poppy Seed Cake, a must-try for our customers with a sweet tooth; and our Normandy Bread, a white bread, is for now available on Tuesdays and Thursdays only.
In a few of weeks we will start making Fruit Danishes and Strawberry-Vanilla Cake again, and the popular “Sweet Sunny Side Up” Pastries, with vanilla custard and fruit – are also back for spring!
As summer and long weekends are coming up, we encourage you to pre-order your items!

It is hard to believe, but 2019 marks our 10 year anniversary!
We have come a long way since the first days of The Crusty Bun as a
“3-man bakery” in March 2009. We now have a great team of 20 people and a second location in North Kildonan.
