We are thrilled to announce the upcoming opening of our new store at
925 Headmaster Row, North Kildonan.
Loyalty from our customers has fueled continued growth, making the opening of a second location possible.
We hope to have a tentative opening date for you soon!
At our location on St. Mary’s Road we have added to our selection of breads:
The Heritage Bread is a rye bread with 30% rye grist / 30% rye flour / 30% wheat flour and 10% sunflower seeds. Like all our breads, it is made with sour dough and we allow for an extra long dough rest time.
Sour doughs not only provide the wonderful aroma, but extend the shelf life and add a tremendous amount of flavour.
Also, we are now making Hamburger Buns and Hot Dog Buns - available on Fridays and Saturdays!

The Crusty Bun Team is constantly trying to improve product quality and customer service and therefore we had a Water Revitalization System installed. The Elisa Water System provides us with fresher and more natural water which we use for our doughs, coffee, tea and table water.
